Two men arrested for raping a child

Kabarnet, Kenya: A Kabarnet court
has sentenced two men to life
imprisonment for defiling five-year
olds and another to 10 years in jail for
attempted rape.
In the first case, Kabarnet Senior
Principal Magistrate Samson Temu
found Joseph Sumukwo guilty for
defiling his five-year-old niece.
The court heard that on August 1, at
Kiptala village in Baringo North
District, he asked the minor to take
him food to his house where he defiled
her.
