Wanjala and Akinyi nabbed over drug trafficking allegations

Former Budalang’i MP Raphael Wanjala
and his wife Joyce Akinyi were arrested
yet again over suspicion of trafficking
drugs. Wanjala and Akinyi recorded
statements before they were released
this evening. A government chemist
analysis however confirmed the two were
carrying bales of maize flour from Arusha
Tanzania.
