Some people cant imagine even the president can be this poor José Alberto "Pepe" Mujica Cordano is the world poorest president of all time,he has been in the ministry of livestock from 2005-2008 before becoming the senator.He has been described as "the world's most 'poorest' president, as he donates more than  90 percent of his $12,000(Ksh.1020000,the salary of  Janet mbugua and Carolyne Mutoko  ) monthly salary to charities to benefit poor people and small entrepreneurs
