25th October 2013 - Unconfirmed reports indicate
that there was a small fire today morning outside Afya Center building in Nairobi.
The fire started burning papers and other waste products
outside the building before it was put out. According to eyewitnesses, the fire
is suspected to have been caused by a cigarette which was thrown by a careless
smoker.
The area has been notorious for fire incidences. Not so long
ago, two supermarkets around there were burnt and property worth millions
destroyed with an unknown amount looted by citizens.
