Wivu my ass... LUPITA NYONGO has been
all of the media, platforms, television
shows. Because they used her to play a
vital role in the movie that suits the white
supremacy and to damage the image of a
typical African girl. The whites are very
smart when it comes to blacks, they make
you very famous, a star, they make you a
celebrity all over the media. And if you not
smart as black you just be used as fool to
them, they will used you to fulfill their
plans. While you as black folk thinking wow
am all over the medias and platforms. No
white has a positive aim for a black person,
what ever they do, they have a reason
behind it. Blacks people
should do away with all these western
publicities and institutions, if the whites
make you famous, praise you, make you
material rich, don't be over excited and
don't see them as your god or provider.
Just watch out and be more careful.
Because what will come next is going to be
a tragedy.

wonder why some blacks movie actors
and actress agreed to play the role as
black slave in slavery movies. It make no
sense to me. All these Africa Slavery
movies are not just movies to entertain
people, but they are movies they show to
just make the world know the whites were
superior and supremacy to the black race
and still superior and supremacy to the
black race till date. There are some blacks
and whites folks who don't like you keep
talking about the slavery days . Some will
say we should forget about what happened
in the past and live in the present, We
should learn to forgive and
forget, some whites will say why do you
blame us for the wickedness of our
ancestors. But here we are they never
regret the evil and wickedness they did to
the black race, they never apologize for
their wickedness, they very proud of what
they did to the Africa slaves, if they get
the chance they still like to slave Africans in
this 21st century ,so why do we have to
forgive what they never regret of what
they did?. Why do we have to forget what
they still remind us off in their movies.
Reminding us the pains and the
wickedness they did to our ancestors. They
always says blacks are violence people, in
the slavery movies, they show us how
violently they were to the black people.
How they tortured, lynched, raped and
Butchered our ancestors. So naturally who
are the worse violence people on earth? If
they really regret the inhuman and
injustice behavior they did to the black
race, I don't think they keep illustrating to
the world in movies what they did to our
ancestors and they proud of it. The black
movie actors/actress should stop playing
such role in the holly wood movies. They
using money to Penalize them to play roles
in their movies just to tarnish,
humiliate and damage the image of the
black man. To make the black race inferior
to the world. Wake up black people and
understand the concept and tricks of the
white man towards to the black race.
HOW MY WIFE AND KIDS LEFT ME. AND
CRUSHED MY SOUL.
My Name is Francis Muroki. I am 55 Years
old.I have worked in senior positions in
the media and trotted the globe on media
assignments.
For the better part of My career,I covered
former president Daniel Arap Moi on his
many official trips abroad. And I carefully
balanced My work and family life, giving My
family the best I could.
And Just when My marriage appeared calm,
I was rudely jostled out of My comfort
zone in a devastating way.
I got married at the Holy Family Basillica in
1986. My wife and I exchanged Golden
Wedding Rings which had arrived from THE
VATICAN itself in Rome! And among the
many Wedding gifts we received was a
huge congratulatory portrait from the
POPE HIMSELF! Pope John Paul, the 2nd.
Severally, I had gone to Rome on official
duty while working in the media and for
the Catholic Church as an editor and writer
of the various magazines owned by the
Church. And that's how I met and made
friends with the Pope.
It was my day for double blessings when I
got a job in 1985 in the editorial
department of the then Kenya Times
Media Trust in Nairobi. I also met and fell
in love with a young girl working in the
advertising department. We courted for a
year and our love culminated with us
walking down the aisle in 1986.
Our marriage was blessed with three
children who arrived in quick succession.
They were all born at the Nairobi Hospital.
At the time, the hospital demanded early
booking and deposit payment three
months in advance for any woman who
wished to deliver there. I wasn’t worried
since I wanted to give my family the best
start in life.
Our first child was born in 1987 had bouts
of serious tonsillitis for the better part of
his childhood. I recall frequenting hospitals
and paying huge bills until he finally
outgrew his condition.
Our second child was born in 1988 after a
very difficult pregnancy. We were so afraid
that the baby would be born prematurely.
Luckily, this wasn’t the case and the baby
girl was born healthy.
And in 1990, our last child was born
through a Caesarean section. After the
Caesarean section, my wife developed a
hernia – a very painful condition that cost a
lot of money to treat.
Her medical bills were so high that I
overspent on my medical cover from my
employer. I also took some time off work
to care for her.
As a result of spending too much time out
of the office and claiming more than I
should have on the medical cover,
everything snowballed into a huge problem
and I eventually lost my job at a time when
I desperately needed it.
Thankfully, while I was employed I had
bought land and built a beautiful
permanent home in Nairobi’s Ongata
Rongai area where we settled.
Additionally, we were a prayerful family
and went to church together.
My priority was to give my children a good
foundation and we enrolled them in good
private schools in Meru, Molo and Kisumu.
I was big about cars and often sent my
wife to Dubai to buy and ship our personal
cars and matatus, since we operated a fleet
of matatus in Ongata Rongai area.
This was also a chance to expose her to the
world and broaden her knowledge. All the
vehicles were registered in her name
because I was a believer that in a
marriage, there should be no division of
property.
Eventually in 2007, I left the mainstream
media and had spells of being jobless. The
financial situation got worse and
progressively started affecting our
marriage.
Luckily by the end of 2007, I got a short-
term contract with the United Nations
Development Programme.
By the time the contract ended, our
children had completed their high school.
Our firstborn enrolled at Strathmore
University in 2008, the same year I also
enrolled for an evening programme for a
communications degree at the Daystar
University. In 2009, our other two children
enrolled at the Kenya Methodist University
(KEMU) in Nairobi.
Luckily, my wife who at the time had a
steady job in the insurance industry,
helped pay their school fees.
I struggled to complete my course at
Daystar as well as look for a job. It wasn’t
easy and my wife was getting jittery about
my jobless status and failure to provide for
my family.
Sometimes it was embarrassing when my
children asked me to buy them something
but I could not afford it.
And With time they lost respect for me and
my wife didn’t help matters, as she would
put me down in their presence. She also
changed her attitude towards me.
And then One night in 2010, I fell and hurt
my knee near our home as I was coming
from evening classes. My family was not
bothered when I got into the house in
bloodstained clothes. That was the painful
beginning of my isolation.
Subsequently, I came home one evening in
January 2011 and was held captive by my
family. My son secured the front door with
a chair and kept guard so that I couldn’t
get out. My wife and children humiliated
me for hours.
They were spoiling for a fight. My eldest
son even openly challenged me to a
physical fight, as he verbally abused me. It
was a very painful experience.
After this incident, my wife hired transport
and packed all our household items. ALL
OUR HOUSEHOLD ITEMS! And walked out
of our 24-year marriage taking along the
children.
I was devastated and moved into a lodging
in Ongata Rongai until I was totally unable
to pay it.
I moved back into my empty home where
I still live alone to this day.
I developed severe depression and started
drowning my sorrows in alcohol.
On learning about my marriage break-up,
my mother went into shock and collapsed.
She never regained consciousness and died
in hospital three weeks later, towards the
end of April 2011.
After her burial, I picked a few items from
her house and returned to my house to
start life afresh.
At 55, I am lonely and only left with
memories of my now broken family. I am
back to where I started as a young man,
with nothing to my name.
I have become a total stranger to my
family as was evident in mid last year
during my children’s graduation. I was not
invited and only learnt about the gradation
from family friends. The bible has been my
best companion, adviser and consoler.
I thought I had done the best for my
family but today am wiser. Even when you
think you are comfortable and settled in
your seemingly lasting marriage, don’t bask
in your glory.
I have since learnt that, just because your
spouse is a Christian doesn’t mean they
are saints.
And I want to leave You with a quote from
the famous philosopher,Friedrich
Nietzsche...He said,''It is not a lack of
Love, but a lack of Friendship that makes
unhappy marriages.”
Friends WOULDN'T abandon Friends.
Friends DON'T Leave Friends in trouble.
Friends DON'T walk away when things get
rough. Friends DON'T wake Up one day
and forget EVERYTHING You've been
through.
I thought she was My friend. Turns out I
was dead Wrong.
I Miss My Family.
Now I know what it means to have and
lose a family.
I pray that Your marriages don't end up as
mine did and also,If You aint married
Yet,DON'T RUSH.
THINK HARD. Think Very Hard before
SUPPORT CORD ON THIS....let's. change
b4 we become poorerAn MP says a Bill
whose enactment couldresult in the
reduction of the number ofcounties,
senators and Members of theNational
Assembly is ready and would betabled in
Parliament when it resumes.Mwingi
Central MP Joe Mutambu wants
thenumber of counties reduced from
thecurrent 47 to 10 or 11 and the number
ofMembers of National Assembly from 349
to180 to 210. The reduction of counties
wouldeffectively reduce number of
senators andgovernors to 10 or 11.Mr
Mutambu said the trimming of thenumbers
of MPs and devolved units wascrucial in
preventing an economic crisis.Speaking to
the Nation in Nairobi onSaturday, the MP
dismissed critics who arguethat the
changes to representation is notallowed in
the Constitution, instead insistingit could
be done if Parliament reviews
theconstitution and the matter is then
voted forin referendum.He said elected
leaders have no cause toworry as his Bill
would seek for the changesto be
implemented in the next GeneralElection
.The proposal by Mr Mutambu, of the
WiperDemocratic Movement, has already
drawnopposition from senators and
governors.Mr Mutambu says the law
should beamended to merge some
counties, and theformer provinces should
be turned intocounties and only the larger
Rift Valley andEastern be split.“The current
counties are only being used topromote
tribalism. You cannot be agovernor of
Kiambu if you are not a Kikuyuor Kisumu if
you are not a Luo. It is also tooexpensive
to run the 48 governments(counties and
national),” Mr Mutambu said.“We need to
review the law and hold areferendum and
remove most of thosecounties and rename
them states as was informer Bomas draft.
We would then havegovernors in-charge of
say Lower Eastern,Upper Eastern, Nairobi,
Western and CentralState,” Mr Mutambu
said.He said the many county governments
wereunsustainable and denying the
countrymoney for development.SAME
ROLESHe questioned why the county
governmentswere employing 10 ministers
each andprincipal secretaries yet the
nationalgovernment had 18 ministries
doing thesame roles.“The counties do not
have money to pay forthe new offices they
were creating. The 47Excellencies’
(governors) have been reducedto be
beggars. That is why they want to
taxpeople for keeping chicken, marriage
andfor giving birth,” he said.He said 90
percent of government revenueshould go
to development and salariesshould only be
for essential serviceproviders like teachers,
doctors, police andarmy.The MP also
questioned the role of countywomen
representatives saying setting asideseats
for them is against the Constitution
andthat the positions should be
scrapped.Mr Mutambu said the role of
senators shouldalso be properly defined in
the Constitutionto avoid duplication of
roles with Membersof the National
Assembly.“For instance, we don’t need 17
MPs inNairobi, a senator and a governor.
Someministries in certain counties are also
justthere to milk money,” Mr Mutambu
said. The MP said if fellow MPs down his
bill, hewould move round the country and
mobiliseKenyans to demand the change
“even ifthrough an uprising.”Each of the 47
governors have cabinets of atleast eight
ministers with various chiefofficers in
addition to Members of theCounty
Assemblies, Senators and
WomenRepresentatives which, according
toMutambu, is too expensive for the
country. The powers of the counties are
provided inArticles 191 and 192, and in the
FourthSchedule of the Constitution of
Kenya andthe County Governments Act of
2012.The counties are also single
memberconstituencies for the election of
members ofparliament to the senate and
special womenmembers of parliament to
the the NationalAssembly.The Constitution
creates 47 countygovernments based on
the delineation ofadministrative districts as
created under theProvinces and Districts
Act of 1992.According to Chapter 16 of the
constitution,any proposed amendment to
“objects,principles and structure of
devolvedgovernment” must go through a
referendum.A proposal to amend or
reduce the numberof MCA's, Counties and
Senators is anamendment to the structure
of devolvedgovernments so it will require
areferendum.Under Article 256, a Bill for
this purpose canbe tabled in either house
of parliament -Senate or National Assembly
but must obtainsupport of the other. The
Bill must obtaintwo thirds support from
both houses. TheBill cannot be read a
second time before 90days lapse. The
period is meant to allowtime for public
debate.Once passed, both speakers are
required tosubmit it to the president who
would requestthe electoral commission to
conduct areferendum within 90 days.

After unleashing a Chrysler last year, self-
proclaimed king of bling has crashed the
expensive machine.
The two-seater, black, elegant Chrysler
Crossfire, which should have cost the
former Big Brother more than a million
shillings, was involved in an accident on
Waiyaki way two weeks ago.
Efforts to reach Prezzo to inquire his
wellbeing after the accident have been
futile as he has not been answering our

A few questions for those castigating
His Excellency Hon. Governor Isaac
Rutto on his statement yesterday;
1. Isn't it true that Ruto is like any
other politician and not above the
rest as alleged by Isaac?
2. Isn't it true that Ruto seeks to
belittle rift valley county
governments by using sycophants?
3. Isn't it true that there are
sycophants utilized by Ruto to
spearhead his political manouvres?
The times when opposing a Kenyan
leader is long gone, and the
sycophants who turned up today in
that anti-Isaac press briefing should
be living about 20 or so years
backwards.

We Can Prosper By a Different Set of
Rules...
A business associate of mine called me
one day very excited; his close relative
had just been elected President of their
country!
But as I listened to this London based
professional banker, I realised a familiar
story:
He was already lining up "deals" ...back
home, for himself!!
Sadly this is what having a relative or
friend in office or even as a clans man in
office means to a lot of people on this
beautiful continent of ours, Africa.
There are a lot of people who also believe
strongly that it is not possible to build
successful business in Africa, unless you
have powerful political "connections" or
are prepared to share with those who
award contracts and tenders.
This belief is still so prevalent, that many
who do it and "appear" to prosper by it
do not even realise it is wrong.
To unlock the full potential of Africa, we
have to change the way many people
think business should be done.
On becoming a Christian in 1994, this is
something that really bothered me, so I
began to pray and fast about it. As The
Lord ministered to my heart, I
determined that with faith in God, it is
possible to prosper by a different set of
rules.
We can build and operate successful
businesses in Africa without having to rely
on political power and influence. The
starting point is to first believe that it is
possible, and to commit ourselves to
follow this path no matter how difficult it
may be.
God is faithful, and if you trust Him He
will give you extraordinary wisdom and
insight to overcome the most impossible
situations that arise.
The young professional banker hurried
home, and was soon at the side of the new
President. Virtually every deal went
through him, and very soon he became
very rich and powerful. I never saw him
again, after refusing to work with him. But
when his relative, the President came to
the end of his term, many years later. The
new rulers, went after the young
businessman accusing him of corruption,
and embezzlement.
The Psalmist (Ps37), urges us not to be
taken in by this type of prosperity. Don't
fret yourself, about such people, or think
you have been left behind, and will never
catch up. And when all is said and done,
remember the words of the Master:
Mark 8:36
"And how does a man benefit if he gains
the whole world and loses his soul in the
process?"
